A quiz to check healthy egoism
We often hear that being selfish is bad. Is that the case? As always, moderation is the key to everything.
Have you heard of "healthy egoism"? It's about taking care of yourself. Sometimes, it is possible and even necessary to say "no" when you have previously agreed to something while cursing yourself the next day and regretting it as you tackle extra work from a colleague currently sharing their vacation photos. Occasionally, it's feasible but necessary to suggest, "Let's do it next time," even when you have agreed to go to the cinema with a friend. This might be the case, especially if you haven't slept properly for a week and today seems like the "perfect evening."
